ABS Den Elzen is a car repair company with establishments in Leiden, The Hague and Zoetermeer. The management and employees of ABS Den Elzen are willing to take the full damage handling from clients on their behalf.
Preneurl. was asked to give a strategic and practical advice on how to offer this extra service to the customer and how to translate this both internally and externally to the market. ABS Den Elzen also asked us for advice about the best way of advertising concerning this extra service. In addition, ABS Den Elzen wanted us to sharpen and define the concept, positioning, core values and local distinctiveness of ABS Den Elzen.
Preneurl. has drawn up a strategic advice of several A4 sheets in which the current positioning, core values, distinctive and strategy ABS Den Elzen were analyzed. Special attention was paid to the entrance / reception area of the offices of Den Elzen. This plan gives some practical key considerations to achieve a quick win. Furthermore we advised on practical improvements for the new to develop entrances in order to exploit the new to offer service better. We have also made recommendations about positioning, segmentation and the formulating of goals. In this process, Preneurl. developed a brief strategic plan and served as a sparring partner for the management in order to help implement the first steps of this plan in a practical way.
