Marbin is agent of several beautiful sportswear brands as Kjus, Exxtasy and Toni Sailer.  Under guidance of Marbin, Exxtasy has become a well-known outdoor / city brand which is positioned in the middle of the market. The brand is – among others – available at the qualitative better sport (outdoor) stores such as Bever Sport.

Assignment

Marbin asked us how to position and introduce Exxtasy as a German brand in the Dutch market, mainly to create a positive brand association. Next to this Marbin asked us to analyse the assortment and advise about the commercial (product)ranges for the Dutch market.

Result

In a brief strategic and practical document, we advised about the way to approach potential buyers, the marketing campaign and the consumer needs. We advised which specific message and USP’s should be used for marketing communication in order  to reach a positive brand association. Various communication means and media – such as magazines and newsletters – were to be used. During this process we acted as sparring partner.
