Assignment
Avery Dennison has asked us to make an analysis of the fashion market. Part of this was to describe the (inter) national trends and developments, and the mapping of the major fashion retailers. The ultimate goal was to explore what possibilities there were for a new and innovative product for the fashion market, to be developed by Avery Dennison.
Result
The result was a market scan and benchmark in which we have described all facets. Following this document, we have organized and led several work and brainstorm sessions. In these sessions a direction is determined and choices have been made. After these steps, we have developed several business propositions by describing all retail marketing P’s for the new fashion product. The main focus was on the product, the price, the distribution, the presentation and the promotion in which all concepts are visualized in 3D.
